What do you see of my documents?+
We never store your document images. Only the extracted attributes (name, date of birth, nationality, photo) are kept, encrypted field by field, and deleted after the retention period.
Why is verification free?+
You pay for the exchange of verified statuses, not for the verification itself. If the exchange doesn't happen, you pay nothing.
Why can't I see my own result until we've both reserved?+
The result is the product. Both sides reserve, then both results are exchanged at once — it keeps the process fair and tamper-proof for both of you.
Will I see a pending charge?+
Yes, possibly. A reservation can appear as a pending charge on some statements: that's normal. It is only actually charged when both statuses are exchanged, and released otherwise.
What happens in case of fraud?+
If a forged document, impersonation or deepfake is definitively detected, the fraudster's full reservation is captured and their account is banned. The honest party pays nothing.
What if the other person doesn't follow through?+
If the exchange doesn't complete in time, it simply expires: reservations are released and nobody is charged.

Your verified attributes stay valid for a while, so you only redo a quick liveness check to prove it's still you. Only you can see this badge.
How does the Certificate QR check work?+
Anyone can scan the QR code and open the public check page. It shows Valid, Expired or Revoked, with the certified attributes, verified cryptographically.
How long do you keep my data?+
Identity data is deleted 30 days after an exchange ends. Active certificates keep their data until expiry or revocation, plus 30 days.
